Breakfast
Cereal - Weetabix, Cornflakes or porridge served with milk, fresh fruit and plain yoghurt Wholemeal toast.
Lunches
A variety of sandwiches
Homemade soup. Varieties include butternut squash, tomato, carrot and coriander.
Jacket potato with tuna, cheese, beans, chilli or tuna
Always served with salad such as cucumber pieces, chopped grapes, tomatoes.

Dinners
Monday - Spaghetti bolognese, meatballs, lasagne, chilli or shepherds pie with parsnip mash
Tuesday- Whole roast chicken, chicken curry or chicken with ratatouille.
Wednesday- Cod or salmon baked in a homemade tomato sauce or Fishermans pie
Thursday- Slow cooked lamb or beef with sweet potato mash. Or sausage and lentil casserole
Friday- Homemade chicken nuggets or fish fingers or homemade fishcakes
Morning snacks tend to be vegetables such as homemade parsnip or carrot crisps,
Afternoon snacks tend to be fresh fruit
All meat used is free range/ lean and low fat. Nothing is frozen or preprepared. Fresh fruit and vegetables are always bought fresh.
Only water or milk is offered as drinks. All meals are rotated and the veg served is dependent upon what is in season,
